This is what happens when you are having fun - or lots of grief - in your life: the days and weeks fly by. Already it's autumn and I still haven't had Spring or Summer where I live!
So, do please forgive me, assuming you noticed I wasn't keeping up my blog!

Where DOES the time go? I see that my last posting was March, and I thought it was maybe just a few days ago. (Promises herself to post more, and to keep a careful eye on the calendar in future).
I thought I could revive this flagging blog with a mind-improving photograph. Is it for real?!

I think the word that upset them was a word beginning with p---- referring to a juvenile cat, though, to be honest, I was applying it in a somewhat different context.

What for goodness' sake are trackbacks and pingbacks?? They seem to be hurdles to communication. Big Brother watching us? Bowdler lives?

I tried to write and post a little piece, but for some reason blog.co.uk won't publish it. I promise you there is nothing in it that would bring a blush to your Aunt Mary's cheeks, so I am baffled. But then, I am easily baffled these days.

This is an ancient legend, found all across the Mediterranean area, the legend of the "figa dentata" ( the "fig" with teeth. Go figure). It's a male nightmare, which, to be honest, doesn't bother me in the least tiny bit!
